Ways of sending work to us
There are several ways in which work can be sent to Netscribe and the best method can be chosen to suit the client’s best needs. Dictations can be uploaded directly from our secure website either one at a time or as a batch of up to ten.
Dictations can also be sent locally from your own PC with no manual involvement from you the Client. This involves installing a free piece of software whereby all of your dictations are saved into a particular file locations. This file location is then routinely checked by the software (usually every 30 seconds) and then any work that is found is sent to Netscribe automatically.
If you are a Winscribe user, work can automatically be uploaded to our system, again with no manual intervention, by simply selecting the appropriate work type for outsource work.
